• An order is treated as an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we confirm dispatch.
• If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will inform you and process a refund.
• Colour reproduction on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to display and lighting conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The final payable amount, including any shipping charges, taxes, and applicable COD handling fees, is displayed before checkout completion.

• Payment may be made via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or Cash on Delivery (COD), as available at checkout.
• COD orders are subject to an additional handling fee of ₹49, which is shown clearly during checkout.
• We use third-party payment gateways for online payment processing. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• GST and applicable taxes will be reflected on the tax invoice issued for your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery across India is 4–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are detailed in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in those policies.
